FCCQ Inc. recognises Breeding Restrictions in accordance with these codes:
Restriction Code 1: No Males or Females for Breeding (all registerred as - 'Pet Only, not to be bred from')
Restriction Code 2: No Males for Breeding (all males registerred as - 'Pet Only, not to be bred from')
Restriction Code 3: No Females for Breeding (all females registerred as - 'Pet Only, not to be bred from')
Restriction Code 4: No Males or Females for Breeding in Qld (registerred as entire, may be bred from except in Qld)
Restriction Code 5: No Males for Breeding in Qld (registerred as entire, may be bred from except in Qld)
Restriction Code 6: No Females for Breeding in Qld (registerred as entire, may be bred from except in Qld)
Restriction Code 7: No Males or Females for Breeding unless signed by originator of restrictions

Breeder's Responsibilities regarding Breeding Restrictions
It is the responsibility of breeders to indicate on the relevant form if any breeding restrictions or agreements are to apply as imposed by the original Breeder and/or vendor from whom the Cat or Kitten was obtained.
Full details (ie: copies of signed documents etc) should be attached for the Registrar if any Agreements and/or Breeding Restrictions are to apply.
FCCQ Inc. recognises restrictions as noted on any signed and completed Transfer Forms (B1, B2, B3) or those noted on the original Litter Registration Form (A) providing supporting documentation is supplied. Should nothing be indicated on the respective form to the contrary, no restrictions on Breeding will be recognised by FCCQ Inc, further,
FCCQ Inc. accepts no liability for any unintended non-application of restrictions it has not been informed of.
FCCQ Inc. relies on full disclosure & should misleading information be given when an application for transfer or registration is made then, full responsibility lies with the signatories to that form.
FCCQ Inc. reserves the right to de-register cats if it is deemed necessary.
FCCQ INC. SCALE OF FEES
Application for registration of a breeder’s prefix $20.00
Application for registration (membership) $20.00
plus for each prefix $5.00
Kitten registration $6.00 per litter Plus $2.00 per kitten
(Kittens to be registered before 9 months of age)
Transfers with FCCQ. Registration $2.00
(Original registration certificate plus signed transfer form to be sent)
Other transfers $5.00 (pedigree to be sent with signed Transfer form and registration certificate)
Higher Status: Certificate $5.00
Higher Status: Sash $10.00
Blank Pedigrees: $5.00
Certified Pedigrees: $15.00
